Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Notice
To cancel services, the customer must provide us with a written 30-day notice of cancellation. Until we receive the written notice and cancellation is formally processed, services will continue as agreed, and the customer is responsible for paying for all services rendered during this period.

2. Breach of Contract and Cure Period
In the event of a breach of contract by either party (e.g., non-payment, failure to fulfill service requirements, or failure to meet agreed terms), the following process will be followed to protect our business interests:

  • First Warning: If either party breaches the contract, the non-breaching party will issue a written notice of breach warning. This notice will outline the breach (e.g., outstanding payment, unmet service terms, or other contractual issues) and provide the breaching party with a 15-day cure period to resolve the issue. The notice will be sent via mail and/or email, and it will be considered received once sent to the contact information provided by the breaching party.

  • Second Warning: If the breach is not resolved after the first 15-day period, a second written warning will be issued. This notice will give the breaching party an additional 15 days to correct the breach. The second warning will also be sent via mail and/or email, and will be considered received once sent.

  • Termination and Cancellation: If the breach is not corrected after the second warning and the second 15-day cure period expires, we reserve the right to terminate the contract and cancel services. The breaching party will remain responsible for payment for all services provided up until the date of cancellation.

3. Written Communication
All notices, including breach warnings and cancellation notices, must be made in writing and will be accepted via mail or email. Notices sent by email will be considered received when sent to the contact email address on file. Notices sent by mail will be considered received upon delivery.
